The right cart depends on your operational needs — whether you’re supporting table games or slot and cash-handling operations. Our casino carts are engineered for secure, efficient transport in high-volume gaming environments.

Fill Carts (Table Games)
Fill carts are primarily used for table games operations, allowing staff to transport items such as chip racks, dice, playing cards, and other pit equipment throughout the casino floor and back-of-house areas. They are built for durability, organization, and compliance with casino security procedures.

BV Carts (Bill Validator / Slots / ATM & Redemption Centers)
BV carts are designed for slot departments and cash-handling teams, enabling the secure transport of multiple bill validators between slot machines, kiosks, ATM machines, redemption centers, and count rooms. These carts improve workflow efficiency while reducing manual handling during drops, maintenance, and equipment servicing.

Powered & Non-Powered Options
Both fill carts and BV carts are available in powered and non-powered models, allowing casinos to choose the best solution based on property size, staffing, and operational demands.

We offer three primary door configurations to accommodate different operational workflows, storage environments, and security requirements:

Hinged Doors — Traditional swing-open doors that provide full interior access and are ideal for general use.

Sliding Doors — Space-efficient design, perfect for tight back-of-house areas or crowded casino floors.

Roll-Up Doors — Vertical opening doors that maximize accessibility while minimizing clearance requirements during transport. All door configurations include integrated locking systems to support casino security protocols and asset protection.

Wheel selection depends on the cart weight, usage environment, and flooring surface to ensure smooth transport and long-term durability.

  • Soft Rubber Casters — Best for hard surfaces such as tile, concrete, or cement floors. These provide quieter operation and floor protection.
  • Hard Casters — Ideal for softer surfaces like carpet, allowing easier rolling under heavier loads.
  • Multi-Surface Options — Many of our caster systems are designed to perform well across mixed flooring environments commonly found in casino properties.

Our team selects the optimal wheel configuration based on your cart specifications and operational needs, ensuring safe and efficient movement throughout your facility.

Customization is one of our core strengths. We are a true custom fabricator, which means we design and build each cabinet or cart to match your exact operational requirements — not just modify standard models.

We can adjust dimensions, layouts, door configurations, internal storage, security features, mobility systems, and specialized components to accommodate unique workflows, space constraints, and casino procedures. Whether you need equipment for table games, slot operations, cash handling, or back-of-house environments, our team works directly with you to engineer a solution that fits seamlessly into your operation.

From minor modifications to fully custom builds, we have the flexibility to create solutions that meet your performance, security, and compliance needs.

Not sure what configuration you need? Our team can help design the right solution for your property.

Our process is collaborative, efficient, and tailored to your property’s operational needs. As a true custom fabrication partner, we work closely with your team from initial concept through installation and long-term support.

  1. Discovery & Requirements
You share your operational needs, goals, and equipment requirements for the property, including areas such as count rooms, storage areas, cashier windows, and secure workspaces.
  2. Site Information & Planning
We review architectural drawings or room dimensions — typically provided in DWG or blueprint format — to understand spatial constraints and workflow considerations.
  3. Design & Engineering Collaboration
Our sales team, engineers, and designers work directly with you to develop specifications for each space. Every cabinet, cart, and system is engineered to support your specific operations, security requirements, and compliance standards.
  4. Proposal & Quoting
Once designs and specifications are finalized, we provide a detailed quote outlining scope, materials, and timelines.
  5. Fabrication & Production
Our production team begins manufacturing your custom equipment using high-quality materials and precision fabrication processes.
  6. Delivery & Installation
We coordinate delivery and professional installation to ensure everything integrates seamlessly into your facility and meets performance expectations.
  7. Ongoing Support & Maintenance
Our partnership doesn’t end at installation. We provide ongoing maintenance, service, and future modifications to support your operation as needs evolve.

From concept to completion, we deliver fully customized solutions built around your operation.

The number of kiosks you can service at one time depends on the cart configuration and your operational requirements. For most kiosk operations, we recommend our UT-700 Series cart, which is designed to support up to five kiosk drops in a single run.

This capacity allows teams to efficiently transport all necessary components — including kiosk cash boxes, bill validator (BV) boxes, and reject boxes — while maintaining organization and security throughout the process.

Our team can also customize configurations based on your property layout, workflow, and volume requirements to maximize efficiency.

Capacity depends on the cart model and configuration, but for high-volume slot operations we typically recommend our SC-100 Series bill validator carts. These carts are available in multiple sizes and can accommodate approximately 80 to 200 bill validator (BV) boxes per trip, allowing teams to service large areas efficiently.

Due to the weight associated with fully loaded BV carts, we often recommend the powered version to improve safety, reduce employee strain, and increase operational efficiency — especially in larger casino properties.

For additional convenience, carts can be equipped with sliding cassette rail systems, which simplify the loading and unloading of BV boxes while maintaining organization and security.
